These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Travsiam Consultants ("we", "us", "our"), a sole proprietorship with its registered office at Bhukhand No. 05, Industrial Area-B, Sri Vijaynagar, Rajasthan 335704, India, to travel agents, tour operators and corporate clients ("you", "client", "agency") who engage us for travel planning, costing, booking and related services.
By engaging our services, submitting an enquiry, confirming a booking, or making a payment through any payment link or invoice issued by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Travsiam Consultants acts as a business-to-business (B2B) consultancy and booking facilitator, coordinating with third-party suppliers in Thailand — including hotels, transport operators, activity providers and local destination management companies — on behalf of client agencies. We do not operate as a retail travel agent to individual end-travellers; all services are provided to registered businesses for onward resale or arrangement to their own clients.
Itineraries, costings and rate sheets shared with clients are indicative until written confirmation is provided and, where applicable, payment is received.
All quotations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and may change without prior notice due to factors including, but not limited to, supplier rate revisions, currency fluctuations, seasonal surcharges, and government taxes or levies. A quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from us along with, where applicable, receipt of the required payment or deposit.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, payment link, or any other method specified on the invoice. Where a payment link is used, the transaction is processed by a third-party payment gateway, and the client agrees to that gateway's applicable terms in addition to these Terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full or partial payment as specified on the invoice must be received before services are confirmed or rendered. Any bank charges, currency conversion charges, or payment gateway fees levied on a transaction are the responsibility of the paying party unless otherwise stated.
The client agency is responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us — including traveller names, passport details, contact information, and special requirements — is accurate and submitted within the timelines we specify. We are not liable for any loss, delay or additional cost arising from incorrect or late information provided by the client.
The client agency remains responsible for its own relationship with the end-traveller, including providing accurate information about the trip, obtaining necessary travel documentation (passports, visas, insurance), and managing the end-traveller's expectations.
Requests for changes to a confirmed booking will be accommodated wherever possible, subject to supplier availability and policies. Amendment requests may incur additional charges, including but not limited to supplier amendment fees, fare or rate differences, and administrative charges.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
While we take care in selecting and coordinating with third-party suppliers, we act as an intermediary and facilitator. We are not liable for any act, omission, default, delay, injury, loss or damage caused by any third-party supplier, including but not limited to hotels, transport providers, activity operators, airlines or local guides.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, government action, or changes in visa or entry regulations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific booking.
All content on this website, including text, itineraries, designs and branding, is the property of Travsiam Consultants unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
Rate sheets, costing structures and partnership terms shared with client agencies are confidential and intended solely for the recipient agency's internal use in preparing quotations for its own clients. These must not be shared with competing agencies or published publicly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
